These websites are becoming more and more popular. It has been suggested that this is a big factor in theincrease of anorexia nervosa. Shot 44 – Even through education we are taught that perfection sells through the mass of Photoshopimages. Shot 45 to 46 – Only one body type is presented in the media and advertisements. Photographs are almostalways photo shopped to remove any lines, bumps and lumps that are seen as imperfections. Two thirds ofteenage girls seek help and information online and half of this group look for a way to lose weight. Pro anawebsites appear all over the internet at an unlimited access. They are on all social networkingsites, Facebook, Tumblr and Twitter feeds. These all put forward having an eating disorder as a lifestyle.
