  • Meet the Team John Wieland, President and Partner: Elected president in January 2012, John has been an owner-partner of the Coldwell Banker Costa Rica Master Franchise since 2006, He has over nine years of Costa Rica brokerage experience as well as real estate experience from the Untied States before that. He is a founder of SPAR, and member of the Costa Rican Real Estate Association of Realtors, Global Associations of Realtors, and U.S.- based National Association of Realtors. His successful professional background includes being the President of a specialized insurance company which grew from $11M to over $32M in sales under his leadership. Linda Gray, Vice President and Partner: As an owner-partner of the Coldwell Banker Master Franchise and Coldwell Banker Coast to Coast in Playas del Coco, Linda has over 26 years of experience in the real estate industry, with over 14 years in the Costa Rican market. Linda also has experience in municipal government consulting, banking operations, as well as marketing and management. Linda holds the honorary title of President Emeritus of the Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors as the founding director. Her community efforts extend to Marketing and Public Relations Director for the Costa Rica Performing Arts Foundation. She holds a B.S. in Public Administration and Master’s Degrees in Public Communications and Business Administration. Steve Lewis, Chief Marketing Officer: As an experienced international business development and management professional, Steve specializes in integrating marketing, finance, operations, and administration for successful business expansion. As the former European President of a consumer brand, he led the successful expansion strategy increasing sales from 3 to 15 countries and from 15 to 250 retailers. Over several years, Steve focused on brand and channel management, marketing, supply chain efficiency, recruiting, and training.
