  • Creation of Management Committees that are working committees that are small in size and composed of no more than 4 experts in a given area These committees are fed info by the chair(s) of their larger sub-committees or their user goups
  • Governance – Constitution etc. Audit – formulating policy recommendation re: budget development and implementation, budget re-allocations, financial analysis of costs etc Development – long range planning and propose new initiatives/ventures. Assessment –ID and recommend for adoption and application the effective measures that can be used to assess all service operations.
