The entire sixth grade class at Dodge Middle School finished off the school year with a 5K run/walk event held on Wednesday, June 6. Funds raised will benefit 360 Communities and be directed to Farmington families.

  • 1. The entire Dodge Sixth Grade listened in to instructions and got fired up for the 5K
  • 2. The students lined up at the start/finish line and soon they were off!
  • 3. The route took them along Akin Road.
  • 4. The half-way point was located at 198th Street and offered a time check and a water station.
  • 5. The lead runner kept up a brisk pace.
  • 6. Fans lined the route and cheered on the students.
  • 7. Principal Chris Bussmann and Superintendent Jay Haugen encouraged the students at the finish.
  • 8. Students were able to record their times and earn a sense of accomplishment for their achievement.
