    1. Respect for Others in the Ten Commandments
      • LO: What can Christians learn from the Ten Commandments?
    2. Honour your father and mother.
    3. You shall not kill.
    4. You shall not commit adultery.
    5. You shall not steal.
    6. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbour.
    7. You shall not covet your neighbour’s wife.
    8. You shall not covet your neighbour’s belongings.
    9. The last seven commandments are important because they show how to show respect to those around us. They are precise rules about how to behave towards others and their belongings.
    10. a) State two of the Ten Commandments. b) Outline what the Ten Commandments teach about respect for others. c) Explain why the Ten Commandments are important d) “The Ten Commandments will never be out of date.” Do you agree? Give reasons for your opinion, showing that you have considered another point of view.
