A standard deck of cards was used to pick 5 cards randomly with replacement and record whether each card was a diamond or not. There were 2 possible outcomes for each trial: selecting a diamond (S) or another suit (F). The probability of success (picking a diamond) was 1/4, and the probability of failure (picking another suit) was 3/4 based on the outcomes of the 5 picks.
