At present, mobile diet monitoring application that available in market are designed based on eating habits and physical activities. Using augmented reality technique on Windows Phone 8 platform. The architecture of the application consists of Augmented Reality engine and user interface which are integrated in Microsoft Visual Studio. Augmented Reality engine which is used for marker detection. This app can promote to the fast food restaurant in Poland where the marker can print on the cup or box or other packaging. Thus, customers can view the nutrition info of the food while their consume in the restaurant.  Combination of AR technology in diet monitoring application  Help user in diet monitoring.  Include nutrition info of food from McDonald's (test Subject)  BMI and BMR calculator  Calorie burning calculator  A mini exercise game - Boxing Game  NO internet connection is required

  4. 4. Start 1. Place the camera on top of the marker. When the application detect the marker, the five icons will be pop up on the screen as below. Then, user can click on the marker to navigate to the desired page. ** For better result of detection, please used in a suitable environment which is not too bright and not too dark.
