Each participant will be given Skills ‘n’ Success – Soft Skills Multimedia Kit

Arrangement of suitable teaching ads like LCD projector etc.

To start with, each skill will be explained to participants in detail. Facilitator/s will initiate discussion on the same skill.

The concept is supported with real life examples to make participants more familiarize with the skill.

Techniques used in each skill are assembled and structured in a simplified format for easy understanding.

Best practices will bring participants more close to to desired outcome.

Finally the excitement of role play / workbook exercises - where facilitator/s will record the progress and address accordingly.
