Far from threatening the demise of internal communications the social web affords the possibility of an exciting future.

People need help to think and write for themselves and to learn the ropes of these new tools. Even once they have learned how to blog or tweet they will need people to help them find the good stuff and curation will become a key skill.

Getting your hands dirty, learning the ropes, and then helping others to do the same could be a lot of fun. Why not explore the potential of a whole new form of literacy in business communications and get ahead of the game?
