      • There are couple of user stories that depend on technical research. Nobody knows where to start. We can’t even move forward if we don't have a solution. One person tells me: “No, no. Mission impossible.” Another one tells me: “Easy, give me couple of weeks.” Clients and boss keep asking “Hey... man, when can you demo?”
  • 4. Scenario 1 - Discussion
      • How would you manage this?
      • How do you estimate?
      • How do you record hours spent on research?
      • How do you measure velocity/productivity?
      • How do you track the progress of research and align it with sprint progress?
      • What will the burn down chart look like?
      • Besides using Google, how do you get technical help? How do you communicate with technical support?
  • 5. Scenario 2 - Discussion
      • Given a project where nobody on the team knows the technology and solution, how would you ramp up for this project?
