From the library home page, click on E-Journals & Databases
  3. 3. Scroll down to Find an e-journal 2. Click on Find an e-journal 3. Type the journal title - Journal of Managerial psychology. Click on Go
  4. 4. Select one of the databases 4. Click on Full text available via 5. Scroll to the result and click on the 2001, Vol 16, iss. 7/8
  5. 5. Look for the article title The full text article The full text article 6. Click on no 7 and Full text pdf 7. There it is - the article.

TIPS You need Athens to search from off campus Try finding this yourself.  If you are off campus - follow the same steps  The only difference is that you will need your Athens username and password for the 2010/11  It starts with uel11  Ask Library staff to set one up for you if you do not have one  Now try finding this article using the same thing you have learned.  Callender, C.
