          and deadlines.
9. MANAGEMENT
   you’re the expert
LOVE YOUR TESTERS
    or you’ll be doing it
RESPECT YOUR OWN BRAND
    because otherwise nobody else will
PLAN FOR THE WORST
     it just might happen
