The National Science Council (NSC) of Taiwan is currently promoting international technology cooperative exchanges, and related technological administration enhancements. </li></ul><ul><li>2. The representatives of the forum will discuss funding frameworks and international cooperation, acting as both a model of the goal Taiwan must move in, and a standard Taiwan must reach. </li></ul><ul><li>3. All delegates include R&amp;D officials and professors from universities and technology colleges in central, south and east Taiwan and 8 foreign countries from over the world. </li></ul>

Cardiovascular Research <ul><li>Current Research Conditions </li></ul><ul><li>(1) Organizing a Vascular Biology Program Project and performed the </li></ul><ul><li>highest-level of cardiovascular research from 2002 in collaboration </li></ul><ul><li>with scientists from the National Taiwan University, National </li></ul><ul><li>Yang-Ming University and Academia Sinica from the support </li></ul><ul><li>of Ministry of Education. </li></ul><ul><li>(2) The research team includes: </li></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>basic cardiovascular science team, non-invasive cardiology team, arrhythmia research team and, cardiovascular clinical trial team. </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><li>Heart and blood disease is listed the top ten causes of death in Taiwan.
