About Chris currently works as an internal usability consultant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Chris has worked as a technical writer, information designer, user researcher, and usability consultant for eighteen years.
Chris is also a Senior Lecturer at the College of Professional Studies (CPS) at Northeastern University, where he has taught for over a decade. He teaches graduate courses in usability/UX, user research, and content strategy.Chris is active in the community and regularly presents at national and international conferences. He is a past board member of UXPA Boston and is currently on the UXPA International Board of Directors.
