  5. 5. This is the stave Stave : a set of five horizontal lines used to visually represent musical notation.Also known as staff.
  6. 6. The notes on the treble clef look like this: You can remember the notes on the lines by the sentence Every Green Bus Drives Fast. The notes in the spaces spell the word FACE.
  7. 7. SHARPS AND FLATS <ul><li>This is a sharp : </li></ul>- Sharp means &quot;higher in pitch by a semitone (half step)&quot; - When a note is sharpened it is raised . -You can find notes with a sharp right in front of them:
