    • Hello¡ Good morning.We are two people in our team: Salah, Jon.
    • My name´s Jon ander, I´m eighteen years old. I live in Barakaldo. I´am a student at Leioa Catering College. I like playing handball and dancing break dance.
    • My name´s Salah, I´m nineteen years old. I live in Bilbao. I´am a student at Leioa Catering College. I like playing football and listen to music.

    • Today we´re going to show you how to make PASTA BOLOGNESE
    • It ´s a traditional Italian dish and it´s quite easy to make.
    • It´s takes about 10 minutes to prepare.
    • It serves 10 and it´s quite economic; about 1,50 euro per serving.

    • Mise en place:
    • For this recipe you´ll need:
    • A) INGREDIENTS
    • 21oz the onion
    • 3cans of tomato sauce
    • 2oz the onion
    • 1 leek
    • 2oz carrot
    • 14oz minced meat
    • 10tbsp red wine
    • 3,5oz grated chesse
    • 3,5oz margarine
    • 2,22lb the pasta

    • UTENSILS
    • A cutting board
    • A chopping knife
    • A mincer
    • A pan
    • An oven
    • A frying pan
    • A cooker

    • Now, follow these steps:
    • First chop onion, leek and carrot in brunoise

    • Mince the beef meat
  • 8.
    • After that, prepare the tomato sauce
  • 9.
    • Then stirfry the vegetables, add minced meat, fry and sprinkle with red wine, let it reduce

    • Meanwhile
    • cook the pasta a L´anglaise

    • Divide the pasta and the garnish, taking into account the number of servings that we put on each plate.mix well sprinkle with grated cheese and diced margarine.
