The web application is an automated
engine which allows the users
connect to a comprehensive
knowledge-base of articles, stories,
message boards, etc. based on the
type of queries requested and system
offers information and community
resources, specific to users personal
situation and needs! Built on Drupal,
the application extends numerous
customization capabilities to both
users and service providers.
The client is a Community Support start-up with a vision to provide
community support, information, and resources about infidelity that are
meant to ease people’s lives. The client is based in NorthAmerica.
The ClientExecutive Summary
The client wanted to build a social networking platform, that will enable its
users community support, information, and resources about infidelity. The
application connects to a back-end web engine to search for the situation of
infidelity preferred by the user and offers selective programs, articles,
advice, plus a community of individuals and couples who have experienced
similar situations which is much lesser than for the cost of ONE counseling
session by a trained psychologist.
The application will also allow users to bookmark favorite knowledge articles
for future reference and also rate them on multiple parameters. The solution
comprises all features of social networking and referral technologies.
With this vision, the client approached Sigma Infosolutions to build this from
concept to an end solution.

Challenges
A robust end product was critical towards building a strong revenue channel.
For Authorize.net payment gateway development team enabled recurring
payment, which includes automatic renewal of membership. Sigma team
faced a challenge initially to get the membership role assigned on successful
payment and remove membership role along with access on failure of the
payment. i.e It was trickier to sync between payment gateway and the site.
Successes
The web engine has a module called micro blog which works like Facebook
write on wall feature. Members can post on their friend's wall and members
can comment on the post. Sigma team used drupal "Activity" contributed
module and "facebook status module" to create our micro blog module.

Solution

Articles Search. Admin creates articles under different category for
the members to search
