Communication is the exchange of information and ideas from one person to another. Effective communication occurs when others understand exactly what you are trying to tell them and when you understand exactly what they are trying to tell you. If you don’t know to communicate in English, you can’t exchange your ideas with English speaker. Many training courses are there to improve communication skill. To a certain extent it helps to improve communication skill. Lack of chance is one of the reasons for poor English communication. In such training center trainer gives them chances to speak English and also gives some kind of exercises to improve communication. Their main intention is to make them speak in English. Inside the class room they will create the atmosphere to converse in English; this will help the learners to improve their communication skill. They will provide exercises and some audio cassettes to improve language as a part of their training program. . All you need to do is practice all those things. If you practice all things what they taken you can improve your language. After training if you do not practice it properly you will not get any beneficial out of training. It will be a mere waste of time and money. The more you practice the more you will improve.

They should categorize the people. If the leaner is very poor in communication they have to start from the beginning. They must give them basic grammar knowledge; vocabulary to improve their communication. Special attention should be paid upon the beginners. They can give more exercises to make them speak in English. Next category is average; they should train them by understanding their level in communication. In training program they should include accent improving course, in most of the courses they neglect this one and giving grammar classes to all category. Before starting training program, they should evaluate the learner’s level and in accordance with their level they can train them. The average category may have the skill to communicate in English, but if they want to be more fluent in English, they need the accent developing course. So the spoken English course should include accent improvement course to develop the fluency of average category. Training program should be in accordance with the level of language learners, otherwise it will be a mere waste of time and money.

While you select a course you should be more careful, you should not be cheated by them. Some institution provides spoken English course and their main intention is to get money. If the training program not done properly you will lose money and you cannot improve your communication skill. To improve your communication skill it is not compulsory that you should attend for such courses. You can train yourself, if you have the enough confidence. You can read more and more books; this will help you to improve your grammar skill and vocabulary skill. Or else you can talk to native speakers and they can correct you whenever you make mistakes. At first you may feel difficulty, don’t be disappointed, and speak with more confidence. Don’t bother whether it is right or wrong, start speaking with them. The more you speak the more sharp it becomes.

To a certain extent the training can help you to improve your communication level; the remaining thing is in your hand. Keep in mind its practice that makes you perfect, so keep on practicing to get better result.
