From May onwards am searching for job I have posted my resume in many of the Job Portals but no use all are of kind of Experience Jobs. How we can know fresher jobs are open. How we have to approach the companies. I asked and attended the companies all are asking Experience candidates itself but not fresher. If it is the situation then what about the fresher?Answer Ans:Ms.Kavitha,I am just thinking where to start and how to start answering your question. The same question is repeating for me from past 6 Years in different angles , but theme of the question is same “WHY FRESHERS ARE NOT GETTING ANY JOB OFFERS ? “. Before I start saying my points, let’s remember Year 2000 . At that time , many Job seekers stated Learning The Programming Languages and used to Dream Flying USA. But all of the sudden as the DOTCOM burst and twin towers impact, all suffered like anything , for two years. I know , Many people left their jobs and stated trying for IT jobs. Its Craze to those , at that particular time. As Recession comes into the picture for job market, the real story of Fresher Struggle Started. Its continuing till today and I can’t say How many years or decade it continues. Very Pity About It. I am trying to do some, but It’s not easy to eradicate The FRESHER / Experienced racism. But I hope a day will come to Indian Job Market to prefer FRESHERS equal to EXPERIENCED. Let’s come to present scenario. Now The Global Economy Is in The Bad Condition .(Read The Following Link Later)As The Global Economy Crisis impacted every country and as India is not exceptional to it , slowly many are Losing the jobs and many companies started giving the Pink slips to the employee in every industry , Not only IT Industry. So at present Experienced people itself are worried about their job. Don’t worry; I am not saying to you that there are no Jobs. Jobs are there, but when compared with past few months, the openings percentage is 30 to 40 % less. As Many MNC’s lost their US projects, in IT sector some more recession is there.So what is The Fresher Situation Now?Nothing to worry. Keep applying the Jobs. Keep Preparing for the Placement tests. Tune Your Resume and Give a New Look. Try to Improve Your Subject Skills and soft Skills. As you are having 6 more months’ chance as a fresher, you don’t worry. Your position is better; many people are having 1 to 2 years Gap. You try to join any other job, for time being and earn money. So That you or any Fresher can reduce their Financial Pressures and surrounding People Pressure. You Try your Dream Job as a Fresher .If You Get you your Dream job, even in small company with less pay, don’t hesitate to join. Small and Middle Level Companies are Publishing Jobs for Fresher’s. Try to Increase your Time to search Job. Plan Well and Then Start Searching Job. Don’t Leave Your Tempo. You know very well that the Gap Between winner and Looser is very Minute. Looser will Leave The Opportunity in the Last Minute. Winner always try, till wins. Don’t think that I am giving Emotional Lectures. But in Life to win a job, you have to motivate yourself. You have to depend on your confidence. So, Meet as many people as possible for job, as many as consultants, Browse and apply as many as job portals you can, as many as news papers you can, Don’t Leave Single Chance. Never Get Frustration, even though situations are worse. Try till you won, don’t accept your failure. It’s JOB. So There is No point of failure. Only Success. Every Employer wants Money.
