    1. Tips For Improving Negotiation Skill Negotiation is an essential thing, that every one of us applies at several times, at various stages of our life, to accomplish different objectives. In order to negotiate successfully one should do a good research on the self strength and weaknesses. The given tips will help you to negotiate in a better way. 1. Recognize your needs. Set an aim in your mind which will make you happy and work hard to achieve it. 2. Lay down a plan. Build up a negotiating plan. Where would you like to begin and to end? Be confident to provide yourself planning opportunity. 3. Identify what the person you are negotiating with requirements. Keep in mind, the entire parties should feel that some, if not all, their interests are fulfilled. You can ask unlimited queries to understand these requirements and to recognize their situation. 4. Try to be a compassionate listener. So you can clearly realize other’s incentives. 5. Handle the problem. Concentrate on choosing solutions to problems. Never harass the person. This will not be favorable to working with them. Be polite and sensitive. 6. Make the person you are negotiating with your friend, particularly if they have to convince others to facilitate you. As a companion, they will be able to advertise your thoughts and contract. 7. Teach, don't threaten. Help out the person know your position. Get ready to clarify point and substantiate to that person why they must admit your offer. 8. Try to be patient. If you do not succeed in your first attempt try again. Slow but stable progress generates momentum that can guide to harmony. 9. Think what will happen if there is no harmony. Can you afford to walk off or else do you have to perform it at this time. 10. Try to be competitive and artistic .Try hard to get what you require.
