How to get a job? The first question after the first day, after the college life. For that, first Know about yourself. Then know about the jobs available. Read keenly that, what skills of yours match with which job profile? Try to know about your competitors (Other Job seekers). Know more about, What skills you need to update, how much time it takes and how much money you need to invest, How much salary you can expect. Write all the information in a book and try to plan according to that.

Prepare a resume, which shows your identity in a unique manner. Many job seekers used to take some of their friends or seniors resume and copy that except the name and education qualification. This is a big mistake, nobody should do this. But as a fresher, you can take some resume as a prototype and follow that. But you need to refine that to fit to your required job and present your unique identity in this competitive world. Refine resume, up to you feel, it’s a Best resume.

Then the real step is searching the job. Now a day’s, online job search is having good impact. It’s quick and effective too. So start your job search online, and upload your resume in major job sites and even middle level job sites too. Check your email regularly, so that any recruiter send any response, you can attend that in-time. Try to send your resume to your know people, who are in the same sector. It might be useful in later. Try to go through the News papers, magazines regularly and apply every job, which suits you skills. Try to search for the consultants, and try to go there, and submit the resume. If you are able to par some amount, try to reach consultants through online. Now a day’s major job portals are offering, sending resume to 1000 to 5000 consultants at a time. They will charge nominal price. So you try to apply using that, so that in quick time you can expect good results. Keep a target yourself to apply 100 jobs or whatever you are feasible. Apply jobs with confidence and never let any frustrated moment to occupy your mind and heart.

Once you finished the apply job phase, you can expect few calls for attending test, or direct interviews. Prepare for the interview, by reading about company, brush-up all your skills again. Try to read as much as possible. Dump your brain with knowledge, present your natural abilities. Follow all the Interview Ethics, carefully.

If you get selected, it’s great! Try to support for the unemployed. If not also, no need to get frustrated. Review yourself, where the problem lies. Try to rectify that. Try to meet as many as people possible. Try to get the advice. Refine that and follow whatever feasible to you. Try to start the phases, from the scratch with a gentle smile and confidence.
