your employees to keep up their dedication to work. Improve the future of your organization by taking
essential steps in the development of your employees. You have to start from the very beginning, teach
them the fundamentals of business and offer them satisfactory financial rewards. Also promise them a
healthy work atmosphere inside the office. Ask your employees which kind of work atmosphere they expect
inside the office and implement some changes in the work culture to motive them.
Check out whether they are satisfied with their works or are they interested to work there? Find out how
they behave with other employees. If they can not keep a good relation motivate them to have a close
relationship with you and other members in the company. If you motivate them for each and everything, no
