    1. Create a Resume Related to your Career Resume is the first stepping-stone into the interview. And it is in beginning to raise a substructure in your career. Your resume is an overview to know about your personal acquaintance in the education background and in the previous company. the interviewer will do whether your resume is equal and similar towards the opening in their company.so it is very vital that to produce your resume in a suitable dramatic performance of yourself .In this the career objective is important so in your resume you can add the side heading with highlighting the career objective . In this you can add in two lines about the job you are shooting for. And the industry type and the specific position you are focusing for in the company. And another important thing is if you are inclined toward a species job make a note that you are leaving the objective section and continuing the resume, because it is there only to specify the particular oriented job. Next in your career resume you have to add the skill section, for the entry level candidate they no need to explain much on the skill, just they can point out what are the skill available in them, and how they learned that skill what are the ways they followed to develop that skill, and in another step they can give the explanation about the skill .be true in this don’t add any thing which you don’t have knowledge in particular thing. If you are experience candidate you can add some more skill, which you got in previous job. Before mentioning that skill check that whether that will suits for the job you are going to apply. Another section is the experience section, if you have worked in 4 companies previously you leave first 3 companies what you did, you focus on the last company what you did in that and what you are going to do, because the interviewer then only know what position they can give for you and what task you can handle in their company. Another thing is the activities they you have taken part. List out that activities very clearly .if you have been a leadership post in any club organization or team leader in any team you can also include that in your resume. That will help the interviewer to thing about the responsibilities you have taken and it also shows you as a responsible person. And if you have get any award in this also you can mention that will help interviewer to recognize you. And your personnel interests’ section this shows you are an all-around person.
