Onsite Technical Lead. My primary responsibility is to work closely with ING management to discuss the overall status of the project as well as gathering the deliverable requirements. Internally I am responsible for coordinating and delegating works to team members to ensure quality and timely deliverable. Along with that I am also responsible for other technical or non-technical issues which need to be addressed as needed. Technically I have to do some programming and review work along with limited production support activities.
This is a maintenance project which deals with the whole life cycle of mortgages. It is a combination of two applications. One application handles the origination of real estate mortgages from different sources. Loans can be created or fed from other originating systems (like websites) via interfaces. This application collects customer information, determines customer’s ranking (score) and closing costs and finally registers that loan into processing system. It also automatically sends pre-approval or denial letters to the customers. Other application is a processing system which handles servicing of real estate mortgages. The application has capability to handle all type of real estate mortgages from conventional to government mortgages. In some module it is a two tier application and in other modules it is three tiers having a JAVA based Middle Tier.
