  • 1. Screen Casting on the Mac Click on the Spotlight and search for Quicktime Player You’ll see the Quicktime icon on your dock. Click the icon to open the player. The menu will change to QuickTime Player. Click on File> New Screen Recording The recording screen will come. Click on the drop down arrow. Choose Built in Microphone.   • 2. Click on the red button to record. Note: You can choose the entire screen or just a portion of the screen to record. Save your movie. Click on File> Export Note: Export Movie. Saves as a Quicktime Movie as the default Name your movie and choose a location to save. Click Export.
  • 3. You can also click on Format and choose a different format to save movie. Notice there is a Mac & PC option. You can also Export to iTunes or web Sharon Thornton- Instructional Media
  • 4. Last, you can share to the follow places. You can also do a Audio Recording Click on File> New Audio Recording Last, you can do a New Movie Recording Click on File>New Movie Recording
