    • 2. Why do people Build Relationships? <ul><li>You do not do business in a vacuum. You have clients and customers - your life blood of your business. </li></ul>
    • 3. Ways to make people “LIKE” you <ul><li>Never criticize, condemn or complain. </li></ul><ul><li>Become genuinely interested in other people. </li></ul><ul><li>Talk in terms of the other person's interests. </li></ul><ul><li>Be a good listener. </li></ul><ul><li>Make the other person feel important. </li></ul><ul><li>Use Names whenever possible. </li></ul><ul><li>Smile. </li></ul>
    • 4. <ul><li>Avoid arguments: you can only lose </li></ul><ul><li>Begin in a friendly way </li></ul><ul><li>Let the other person do a great deal of talking </li></ul><ul><li>Be Sympathetic </li></ul><ul><li>Respect others opinions: Never say “you are WRONG’’ </li></ul><ul><li>If you are wrong, admit it quickly and empathetically </li></ul><ul><li>Try honestly to see the things from other point of view </li></ul>

BE A LEADER: HOW TO CHANGE PEOPLE WITHOUT GIVING OFFENSE OR AROUSING RESENTMENT <ul><li>Begin with praise and honest appreciation. </li></ul><ul><li>Talk about your own mistakes before criticizing the other person. </li></ul><ul><li>Call attention to people's errors indirectly. </li></ul><ul><li>Make the fault seem easy to correct. Use encouragement </li></ul><ul><li>Let the other person save face & Give the other person a fine reputation to live upto </li></ul>
