  • 2. Why do people Build Relationships?
    • You do not do business in a vacuum. You have clients and customers - your life blood of your business.
  • 3. Ways to make people “LIKE” you
    • Never criticize, condemn or complain.
    • Become genuinely interested in other people.
    • Talk in terms of the other person's interests.
    • Be a good listener.
    • Make the other person feel important.
    • Use Names whenever possible.
    • Smile.

    • Avoid arguments: you can only lose
    • Begin in a friendly way
    • Let the other person do a great deal of talking
    • Be Sympathetic
    • Respect others opinions: Never say “you are WRONG’’
    • If you are wrong, admit it quickly and empathetically
    • Try honestly to see the things from other point of view
  • 5. BE A LEADER: HOW TO CHANGE PEOPLE WITHOUT GIVING OFFENSE OR AROUSING RESENTMENT
    • Begin with praise and honest appreciation.
    • Talk about your own mistakes before criticizing the other person.
    • Call attention to people's errors indirectly.
    • Make the fault seem easy to correct. Use encouragement
    • Let the other person save face & Give the other person a fine reputation to live upto
