If your content is on Shrushti.com/blog and you have email address like yourname@shrushti.com then your Google+ profile must be created from this email address and this email address need to be submitted over here https://plus.google.com/authorship (after your G+ login)

Set up authorship by linking your content to your Google+ profile Create a link for Google+ profile on your webpage, like this: <a href=”Google+ profile link” rel=”authoer”>Google+</a> <a href=“https://plus.google.com/103241001637496721602” rel=“author”>Google+</a> Your link must contain the “rel=author” parameter. If it‘s missing, Google won't be able to associate your content with your Google+ profile. Continue
