  • 3. Bureau of Informatics and Information Processing - the risk coordination -coordination of the IT of the districts -analysis of IT solutions of e-Government implementation in UE - Implementation of ISO/IEC 20000 and good practices ITIL -IT infrustructure
  • 4. Bureau of Geodesy and Cartography create and maintain, and share data bases of spatial data infrastructure, including: -real estate data - geodetic records of public utilities -town, streets and addresses records - the registry of property value and price - the data collection that is necessary for making basic map - other cartographic studies
  • 5. IT - ePUAP Electronic Platform of Public Administration Services (ePUAP) is a coherent and systematic action program designed and developed to allow public institutions make their electronic services available to the public. The website www.epuap.gov.pl enables defining citizen and businesses service processes, creates channels of access to different systems of public administration and extends the package of public services provided electronically Project main objectives: - to create a single, secure and electronic access channel to public services for citizens, businesses and public administration, - to reduce time and lower the costs of sharing information resources and functionalities of administration domain systems Task: Project implementation on the local level

GIS The data bases are run separately (different , not integrated software) for: - The cadastral data (about properties and its owners) - The registry of property prices and values - The registry of addres points - The basic map and cartographic sources - The fiscal data - The data about property transactions
