    How do YOU Define success?
    Get crystal clear about exactly what you want.
  • 4. Why do you want it?
    Write out why you want to achieve this goal or accomplishment
    Your reasons will serve as motivation
  • 5. How will you feel when you succeed?
    Write out what feelings you will have when you’ve achieved your goal
    Feelings are the primary drivers for all accomplishments
  • 6. Planning
    What are the most powerful actions you can take to achieve your goal?
    Create a plan of reasonable steps and timeframes.
    Tip: If you’re not sure how to get there, start with the end in mind and work backward
  • 7. Accountability
    How do you stay on track? Is there someone who you can help you be accountable for completing each task? We all need partners in success!
  • 8. Execute!

    Stop. Breathe. Ask yourself:
    What negative internal messages are you receiving?
    Where do those thoughts come from?
    How true are they?
    What is a better way of looking at things?

    What are your beliefs about yourself?
  • 11. Limiting Beliefs
    Something that you accept about yourself, about your world or about the people in it, that limits you in some way.
