      • Designed for upper-class students (sophomore, jr, sr) to assist students in their decision on job opportunities and offers
      • Program highlights idea of having the combined knowledge of self and job
      • Each area of bulls eye represents information needed in the job search – wanted to do a hands-on activity to engage students and have more invested in learning – experiential learning – putting all of this information together (2 components)

      • Sales Manager for Lancer Gear
    • Center: Job Description
      • The Sales Manager will oversee all sales associates for Lancer Gear. The manager will be responsible for compiling reports of monthly profits.
      • Responsibilities:
        • Recruit and train sales associates
        • Supervise associates
        • Compile reports and maintain budget
      • Qualifications:
        • One to two years sales experience
        • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work on a team
        • Experience using Microsoft Excel
        • Strong customer service orientation
