Action research is about working towards practical outcomes, and also about creating
new forms of understanding (Mackey and Gass, 2005:115), and contextual, small-scale and
localized that identifies and investigates problems within a specific situation (McKay, 2006:30).
In this point an action research is a process to create new strategy of understanding.
