  • 25. Fin Dir questions<br />[5] This year LC E&amp;G started to use new type of contracts – commercial ones. What are the risks and how to overcome them?<br />[6] In this year AIESEC E&amp;G extremely grow in exchange realization. How do you see role and support financial area in this growth? What are the problems occurred in financial sphere because of the growth?<br />[7] How Fin Dir works with OGX and ICX documentation?<br />[8] Suggest how to improve budget planning and budget tracking process in LC<br />[9] Analyze the situation:<br />Today is 1stof October. You have 30000 rubles. You need to send 15 invitation letters to different cities (each costs about 1500 rubles), apply for 4 Invitation Letters, and pay for accommodation 15 000 rubles during next week. There is LCP meeting in Moscow in 2 weeks –you need to buy tickets to Moscow and back for LCP. VP Communications asks you to give him 5000 rubles for promotion of Event in the end of November, VP TM –3000 rubles for recognition on the LC meeting in 2 weeks, VP OGX – 500 rubles for phone expenses of his team. Before 19thof October you need to pay MC fee 21000 rubles.1 month ago VP ER promised you that one company will pay to LC Budget 24000 rubles on 10th of October. VP OGX promised to sign one DT contract and match 1 MT trainee on the next week. Prioritize expenses according to their necessity and time when you need to spend those amounts of money.
