promotion that is delivered through selected 
media outlets, under most circumstances, 
require the marketer to pay for message 
payment
 The main purpose of advertising is to inform people about new 
product of services offered by an organization 
 persuade people to buy this product or make use of the services 
offered and then to remind people about the organization and 
encourage repeat purchases and use
 Advertising that is misleading to the customer

your salesperson in hand) 
 Don’t buy the higher price instead ask the salesperson for a 
business card and walk out of the store
