The meditation practice requires approximately 15-20 minutes and awakens a spiritual energy , residing within each individual.”

    • Lukewarm water
    • Up to Ankles
    • Two Tablespoons Salt
    • Breathe Deeply- Relax
      • Remember to rinse feet and flush away water

      • Please take away all negative emotions
