  • 5. Always keep the backup of your data • Data backup is significant for those rare cases when your network may get hacked. The hacker may spitefully hack into your computer and obliterate all of your data. In these particular cases, you should reboot from a backup disk.
  • 6. Make use of the secured Wi-Fi network • People abduct wireless internet network all the time. It is as simple as looking for a network and creating a connection. Some hackers may prospectively look for networks that are easy to hack and think as an easy target. So, you should not leave your network door wide open.
  • 7. Use dedicated email server • A dedicated email server made for your business is the only one that is used for the purpose of business mailing. You have complete control over what is stored there, and dedicated server security is much improved when compared to shared email servers.
  • 8. Educate your office staff • Knowledge is power and your office staff is required to know how much difficulty a hacker can produce for you. A good rule to overcome from this problem is to delete any message which comes from an unidentified source.
  • 9. Change your passwords frequently • One of the best preventions against hackers is to change your passwords on a regular basis. This will help in stopping hackers from using a password repeatedly.
  • 10. Make use of firewalls • Apart from the basic firewall that is involuntarily setup on each computer, you should install firewalls on all network servers. When we talk about networking, redundancy is very significant, and firewalls are no more different than it.
