Life”
 The Case gives a idea about:
 What will be the level of expectation for the job role.
 It gives introductory understanding about how a typical Project Manager will
spend her day
 Challenges she goes through
 Skills required for a Project Management
 We will be focusing on two areas in this presentation

 Conclusion:
 She couldn’t response to four notes from previous day
 However according to given time from the case:
 Work Related: 445 min for 16 activities (7hours & 25min)
 Un-work Related: 55min for 5 activities
 Therefore:
 Her day was effective, efficient & was productive.
 However was not 100% effective since there was un-
responded tasks; 4 note.

6. ANSWER FOR QUESTION 2:
WHAT IS LIKE TO BE A PROJECT MANAGER?
 From the case it seems like a project manager:
 Cannot have much work-life balance
 Most probably very difficult to keep in touch with friends
and family who’s not part of the company.
 Be able to multi task
 Have Patience
 Ability to switch speaking mannerism for different people
 Keep track of people and have and idea of each one’s
productivity levels

 Further more it seem a project manager has to
have:
 Good task/time management capability
 Physical strength to cope up with work load
 Good interpersonal skill
 Negotiation skill
 Analytical skill
 Decision making skill
 Building rapport with people
