  12. 12. Physical activity includes exercise and other activites including bodily movement that are done as part of playing,working, house chores and recreational activity<br />-Walking<br />-Dancing<br />-Gardening<br />-Hiking<br />-Swimming<br />-Sports<br />-Planned Exercise<br />

  20. 20. It is reccomended by the Surgeon General that adults ages 18-64 get at least 150 minutes (2.5 hours) of moderate-intensity physical activity a week<br />- 30 minutes at a time, 5 days a week<br />- Muscle strengthing activities 2 or more times a week<br />
