Cultural Barriers:Leadership owns overcoming<br />Information is power in the Enterprise<br />E 2.0 gives up that power<br />Powerbrokers will resist the change <br />Trust contributors<br />Wikipedia as a source: Millennial vs. Baby-boomer<br />Would you trust Sales number from a site?<br />Where is the reward?<br />Will I be rewarded for time spent?<br />Will give feedback on my contribution?<br />Personal Risk<br />Everyone will see my contribution<br />Will I be punished for time spent? <br />
