      • Don’t compromise with the quality of the Product/Service
      • Start With Little Capital
      • Bootstrap, do not go for institutional funding (Request Family and Friends)
      • Reduce gestation period of business
      • Instead focus on Monetization (e.g., A company which develops products & services must focus on Services, because that brings faster Cash)
      • Have a Committed team, with necessary domain expertise and proven track record.
      • Focus on ‘What We are doing’ and' How We can do it better’
      • In the due course don’t get defocused, confused and demoralized
      • Innovate
      • Always concentrate on ‘must-have’ rather than ‘nice-to-have’ products (Remember Wal-Marts “Save Money Live Better” philosophy
      • So don’t wait hurry up
