    We all know the world has changed and is doing so exponentially But connecting the dots as to what the implications are for schools is challenging Lest you think this is only about technology…I hope you reconsider Certainly technology is embedded in the shift and at times drives it but Classrooms and schools are trying to respond to the needs of today’s and tomorrow’s learners I don’t have all the answers and often have more questions but we’re trying to put together some ideas and principles that we think will help schools focus their attention

    5. Web 1.0 vs. Web 2.0 This is a starting point for change Not the be all end all Terms are markers and reflective of a changing society

    8. Information streamed down to classrooms Sage on the stage simply lived in cyberspace
    9. How is this different? Digital doesn’t make it meaningful. Same process as always…it’s just digital
    10. Web 2 point 0 Web 2.0 simply refers to the ability of anyone to publish, remix and participate fully in learning Creating knowledge is now open to everyone
