Production of contents powerpoint

  1. 1. I used Quark Xpress to create my magazine contentspage. I started by opening a black sheet making sure itwas the right size as my front cover. I then used a boxtool to draw a rectangle and filled the rectangle black. Ithen drew a text box to write ‘Contents’
  2. 2. I then drew another rectangle box but this tie filledit red. I did this so that it didn’t blend in with thefirst larger black rectangle that I created. I thendrew a text box and wrote ‘Features’ creating asubheading.
  3. 3. I created anothertext box where Ithen added all myfeature content. Iused a small fontand created acolumn for mycontent as this wasa code andconvention ofmusic magazinecontents pages. Iused red and blackfont as this waspart of my colourscheme.
  4. 4. I then done the samething for my regularcontent. This timehowever I spread thetext box along thebottom of the pageleaving space forpictures.
  5. 5. I added the pictures that Iwanted to use by drawing apicture box, right clicking andpressing import picture. Imade sure there where nogaps between the pictures andthat they where all the rightsize. I then added numbers inthe corner of the pictures toshow which content that thepicture belonged to. To savemy finished product I then hadto print screen what I hadcreated and paste it into‘Paint’ where I then croppedthe print screen as to how Iwanted it to be. I was thenable to save the picture as aJPEG.
