It mutually benefits the individual, business & society when a person’s personal life is balanced with his/her own job”
Feed manufacturing started around 1956 in India Feed was produced mainly to suppliment the needs of dairy cattle The industrial production is about 3 million tonnes,which represent only 5 % of total potential & feed exports are not very high The quality of indian feed can be compared with that of any western feed

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM Now a days the Organization is facing several problems,The imbalance is due to high competition and low demand for the product ,faced by the organisation ,a stressed environment was created ,as a result many imbalances were found among the employees work-life and personal life. Get,factors affecting employee work life balance ,role in org & the approaches to improve the employee work life balance
.The present study carried out with the following objective To study the work life balance of the employees in Kerala feeds Ltd. To study the major factors affecting work life balance. To identify any imbalances in the organization. To find out things needed to improve the work life balance of employees. To offer findings ,suggestions and conclusion.
SCOPE OF THE STUDY Through this study the organization are able to evaluate the impact of employee work life balance in an organization climate and to understand the role of employee work life balance in shaping the personality of the employees and in developing a good organizational and social climate. Employee work life balance focuses on the problem of creating a human work environment and his personal life.
SAMPLE DESIGN:-UNIT – Kerala feeds private ltd, ThrissurSIZE - 50 employeees from various departments of the organization SAMPLING METHOD Sample method was selected using simple random sampling method. COLLECTION OF DATA Primary Data The researcher collected primary data through questionnaire method. Secondary Data Secondary data was collected from internet,profile and website of the organisation as the source of secondary data.

There was an unavailability of the workers at the right time of data collection, so it takes a long time Data collected cannot be accurate Time constraint made it impossible to gather more information. Employees feel stressed while working, necessary steps have to be taken to reduce stress which affects physical stress in work. Reduce workload. Increase compensation for employees to reduce financial problems in family environment and also to reduce stress. Health awareness programs shall be conducted. An annual feedback system regarding work may be introduced in the organization.
