  • Assessment Rooms System Starting Date Ending Date Thursday, 29 Sep 2011 Thursday, 20 Oct 2011, Pd 1 (after Promotion Day)
  • KNOW THE EXAMINATION RULES & REGULATIONS ALL CANDIDATES TO COMPLY
  • Candidates late by more than 30 minutes may NOT be allowed to sit for the papers
  • Visit the toilets before the start of papers NOT allowed to leave exam venue for last 15 minutes of paper
  • No correction tape / liquid paper No borrowing/ sharing of materials
  • No Communication in exam room/hall No Possession of unauthorised materials
  • Use black or blue ball point pen Not allowed to fold or take out any writing papers from exam venue
  • To seek assistance from the invigilator Raise non-writing hand while remaining in seat e.g. paper on floor, unclear printing DO NOT leave your seat unless permission granted
  • All invigilators will record and report any suspected Cheating cases
  • attempts to obtain unfair assistance or detected for dishonesty,
  • copies from another pupil
  • allows his/her answer to be copied by another pupil

  • CLASS MONITOR LEADS CLASS IN GREETING BOW AND GREET YOUR INVIGILATOR WITH SINCERITY INVIGILATOR SAYS, “Check that you do not have any unauthorized materials with you. If you do, you may surrender them to me now.” INVIGILATOR SAYS, “Check that you have been given the paper with the correct subject name and code. Check that there is the correct number of pages and the print is clear." INVIGILATOR SAYS, “You may now write your name, class and index number. Do not start the paper until you are told to do so." INVIGILATOR SAYS, “The paper is XX hours long, the start time is XXXX and the end time is XXXX.” INVIGILATOR SAYS, “You may begin. All the best.”
