  • 5. Five-Year Projected Growth in Population Age 20–34 • Population will continue to play a role in how the recovery plays out in a number of markets. • Dallas/Fort Worth and Phoenix are projected to benefit the most from net migration, with each market projected to attract more than 78,000 new residents each year. • The growing influence of millennial generation (age 2034),and their impact on how business is conducted and where it is conducted could well be the most significant trend in real estate for many years.
