The story so far… • Significant growth in annual homegrown feature film output, but international success more festival-reputational than distribution- monetized • ‘Foreign’ projects attracted and anchored here – local identity and returns? • Heavy reliance hitherto on two extremes – writing everything ourselves or importing wholesale • Local companies have fraternal local relationships – but fragmented international traction • Stereoscopic 3D agenda: industry momentum brisk.

  • 18. Future Steps • Boost the number of Made-by-Singapore web properties (editorial-centric) - newspaper/directory/magazine publishers & startups/young enterprises • Equip Publishers with innovative digital publishing technologies/ service providers (with IDM PO)
