    2. TIA forecasts a 3 percent loss for ICT Industry in 2009. First overall decline ever predicted by TIA.
      However, ICT expected to be a driver for economic recovery in 2010-12.
      $26 billion ICT Stimulus funds being injected into the US economy.
      Modest 1.2 percent increase expected in 2010
      Globally, strong rebound for the ICT industry projected after 2010:
      6.4% revenue growth expected in 2011
      7.9% increase expected in 2012
