    Who is LEPS Langley Environmental Partners Society (LEPS) is a charitable, non-profit, partnership-driven, organization founded in 1993 to achieve our mission of protecting and restoring the natural environment through education, cooperation and action . Our mandate is: ·        To promote and conduct watershed protection and restoration activities; ·        To provide technical support to community volunteer groups conducting environmental work; ·        To provide education and work experience for students in areas related to environmental sciences; and, ·        To foster community cooperation through environment-oriented partnerships among government, teaching institutions, community associations and businesses..
