BearingPoint MetaXtender – Integration Makes a Great Idea Better <ul><li>MetaXtender is an open source solution developed in collaboration with EMC that uses new EmailXtender capabilities to integrate Email Archiving into IT, Compliance and Business Processes. The solution was designed to provide easier way to manage and automate user classification and consolidate new monitoring and reporting capabilities of EmailXtender. </li></ul><ul><li>Specific functionality includes: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Dashboard reports - provides administrative interface for MetaXtender </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Email User Identification Management – provides verification, auditing, de-duplication and failure-to-collect email archiving data </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Archive Process and Verification status reporting - provides auditing and verification of completed email archiving processes </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>MetaMiner status reporting – provides notification of the completed auditing process </li></ul></ul><ul><li>MetaXtender is a fully customizable database driven application that can be used to enhance and extend EMC EmailXtender. The Solution is developed in C# using SQL 2005 and includes a variety of capabilities for connecting to Active Directory, executing commands, collecting data and updating Databases. </li></ul>
