Discuss clients preference for interviewing steps. Step 2: Identify Candidates Search In-house database & other sources Screen and evaluate candidates resumes Discuss Desired Compensation Package and Relocation Specifics (When Applicable) Narrow list of candidates Phone interview the list of candidates that have been identified and match all prerequisites listed and discussed with client. Prepare Snapshot notes for clients quick review of candidates pre-qualifying experience. Submit notes and resumes via email for clients review. Step 3: Interviews Obtain feedback from client regarding submitted candidates & interest level. Arrange first Interview w/client and candidate Obtain feedback from both client and candidate (debrief) Arrange next steps of interviewing process Debrief both client and candidates Select finalists to be interviewed Offer any additional information to candidate regarding location, cost of living, cost of homes in area, school systems, etc. This will ensure a smooth transition and help the candidate prepare for next steps. Step 4: Offering Process Discuss with client the candidate of choice. Conduct reference checks Once client has made a selection, get a verbal offer for candidate Present verbal offer to candidate Negotiate salary and benefits Offer letter should be sent via client to candidate once all parties are in agreement Step 5: Follow Up Ensure smooth transition and assimilation for executive (30, 60, 90 days & 1 year) Ensure client satisfaction (30, 60, 90 days & 1 year)
