Biography Black Label’s full service market research/public relations firm employs a close-knit family staff with clients across the entire nation.  Our Marketing Officers work in multiple areas of; Corporate Identity, Branding/Brand Awareness, Target Marketing, & Guerilla Marketing.   3. 3. Executive Summary Sr. Partners, Frederick Artis & Kevin Massey, will lead the project’s direction, take creative responsibility and analytical market research duties for the Website layout, Monthly Newsletter, and Business Cards.
  4. 4. Current Situation Initial strategies include the identification of the client’s corporate mission. This has provided a clear indication of paralysis of its existing brand concept and/or lack of web presence. There is an immediate need for a website that will have an online flipbook catalog. The website will also serve as an information exchange, and will include the company’s advertising information, photos, contact details, monthly publication and schedule. With the website being the immediate focus, there is also a need for a brand platform, brand collateral, SEO and/or Paid Inclusion; (site sellers, business cards, etc.) to assist in driving traffic to the newly renovated website.

Technical Strategy The technical strategy will be developed with Prodigio Marketing recommends (depending on budget constraints) that you should launch with a basic HTML/ CSS/ Joomla site and then develop a more advanced strategy down the line that will be the result of a wider budget. HTML Email Blasts of Newsletter to be provided monthly. Client will provide necessary and pertinent information for Updates within two weeks publication cycle date for all monthly scheduled updates.

Fee Schedule Our required fee schedule is divided into three equal parts: 1/3 when the Project Brief is signed off; 1/3 when the design direction has been agreed and approved; and the final third upon completion. Any out-of-pocket costs will be billed at cost. Such items normally include extended consultations with printer, deliveries, long distance phone calls and travel. If more or less work is involved, the actual rate may differ. We will, however, keep you informed of any change. • Black Label Printing & Marketing is responsible for all copies/proofs/layouts being completed after the final installment is received.
